Job summary

MJK Connections LLC is partnering with Sunward Federal Credit Union to fill the critical role of Vice President, Consumer Lending in Albuquerque, NM. This position is focused on overseeing the entire functional strategy and operations of consumer lending.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in lending and leadership, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and regulatory compliance. The role will involve managing departments, leading strategy execution, and optimizing member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of lending and next-level leadership experience in financial services, preferably in a credit union.
• Proven ability to manage complex lending operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), or ability to become registered upon hire.

• Oversee the functional strategy and operations of consumer lending including lead generation and servicing.
