Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in external and internal communications and marketing within a financial institution.
• Minimum of 6 years in a leadership role requiring decision-making and influencing others.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership in communications and digital platforms, including strategy development and execution.
• Strong track record in brand communications and corporate public relations.
• Significant experience managing high-profile communications issues and providing counsel to senior management.
• Knowledgeable about emerging social media and crisis communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an integrated communications strategy for internal and external audiences.
• Lead creative marketing campaigns, press releases, and public service announcements.
• Guide external communications strategy to promote corporate initiatives and business development.
• Oversee multi-channel content to reflect Sunward Federal Credit Union's brand, voice, and culture.
• Lead KPI measurement and data-driven program improvements.
• Manage outside vendors and supervise PR programs.
