Dant Clayton Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Construction Project Management to lead the Construction Management Department and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of custom stadia and railing projects.

You will oversee resource allocation, risk management, and customer experience while holding full P&L responsibility and reporting to the President & CEO as part of the SLT. Travel to project sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of project management experience in the construction and/or manufacturing industry.
• 7+ years in a management/leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience with Procore and AI tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the execution of all assigned Dant Clayton custom stadia and railing construction projects.
• Provide leadership, management, and direction to project management resources.
• Manage the construction health and safety program with the safety task force.
• Proactively manage risk in project delivery and coordinate with cross-functional leaders.
• Own contract review, negotiation, and execution, including disputes resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Management to ensure positive cash flow.
• Ensure margins on projects meet company targets and standards.
• Vet and build a pipeline of qualified subcontractors; host an annual summit.
• Ensure adequate labor to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear internal and external communication on updates and milestones.
