Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience leading Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for electrical construction operations.
• Lead and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other leaders.
• Oversee multiple projects and portfolios, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
• Maintain executive-level visibility into budgets, forecasting, backlog, margins, and cash flow.
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction to evaluate pursuits and strategy.
