Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a VP Construction to lead key development and delivery across Sphere projects worldwide. This on-site role requires coordinating internal Sphere stakeholders with external designers, GCs, and subcontractors to meet time, cost, and quality KPIs.

The post holder will drive strategic planning, champion risk management, and ensure effective reporting throughout the project lifecycle while aligning with Sphere’s creative and technical goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Approximately 15 years of experience managing large-scale development and construction projects.
• Background in contracting, consultancy or client organizations with design, procurement and delivery of major projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills across multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in participating within large internal project teams and staff management.

What will you do?

Responsible fordeliveringmajorprojects andinitiativesthe role will encompass the full development lifecycle fromdesign and procurement through to delivery commissioning and occupation.The post holder will coordinate and leaddiverse teams including internalSpherestakeholders, external designers,General Contractor,andSub-Contractors.

The roleis actionorientated with the post holder accountable to deliver to time,costand quality KPIs. These will include:

• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 15years of experience managing large-scale development and construction projects, ideally within a global or highly complexenvironment.
• A background in contracting, consultancy or clientorganizationsareequally valuedproviding the candidate can show a broadbasis of experience which includes design,procurementand delivery of major projects.
• Proventrack recordof delivery projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality and safety standards
• Strong understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to fast-paced, evolving priorities
• Experienced inparticipatingwithin large internal project teams and demonstrable staff management experience.

Pay Range

$160,000—$320,000 USD
