Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, Audit, or Transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or remediation programs with senior leadership visibility.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, risk management, controls, and governance.
• Ability to translate priorities into structured execution plans, milestones, and reporting.
• Experience with remediation initiatives, milestone validation, dependency tracking, and escalation.
• Governance and portfolio management across multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Experience developing executive-ready portfolio dashboards and reports.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation, budgeting, and investment tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certifications (MBA, CPA, PMP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to program management for Compliance initiatives with governance and timely delivery.
• Maintain an integrated remediation portfolio view including regulatory and audit work.
• Oversee remediation execution, track milestones, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
• Provide informed challenge to project owners using compliance knowledge across governance and controls.
• Drive transparency across the change portfolio with clear scoping, resourcing, and KPIs.
• Develop executive-ready reporting for senior Compliance leadership, dashboards, and budgets.
• Coordinate annual TD Compliance technology budget processes and funding alignment.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into executable plans and deliverables.
• Monitor portfolio health and identify emerging risks, delivery challenges, and budget pressures.
