Antares Capital LP is seeking a Vice President, Senior Compliance Manager - Regulatory Counsel to advise on global regulations, implement regulatory requirements, and lead cross-functional initiatives across the compliance program. The role reports to the Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, with exposure to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of asset management compliance experience, JD preferred, and strong communication skills to simplify complex regulations for

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant compliance experience in the asset management industry (private debt experience preferred).
• JD preferred and/or law firm/in-house/SEC experience will be considered.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US laws applicable to investment advisers, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of the firm’s compliance program and enhancement of processes to align with laws and firm policies.
• Identify regulatory and compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Assist in managing the firm’s compliance risk assessment and focus on risk identification/evaluation.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams on complex projects.
