Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or other related field.
• Minimum of five years’ paid experience in supervisory or administrative roles.
• 10 years of work experience in child welfare or social services.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall strategy and goals for assigned program managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations.
• Responsible for billing and monitoring program budgets.
