Chase in California seeks a Vice President, Community Manager (Consumer Bank) to lead regional community strategy, delivering measurable business outcomes and a strong client experience.

You'll build partnerships with nonprofits and local leaders, expand access to financial education, and collaborate across Chase teams to maximize local impact while ensuring compliance and inclusive service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences to clients, community members, and stakeholders by embodying company values in every interaction.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses; meet regularly to understand needs, plan activities, and measure progress.
• Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments and firmwide initiatives, translating strategy into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver outreach programs that build trust, strengthen relationships, and provide financial education for individuals, families, and business owners.
• Plan and manage a community engagement calendar with events and workshop formats to drive engagement and impact.
• Lead (or co-lead) financial health workshops and events, connecting people to Chase experts and solutions.
• Manage events end-to-end—promotion, registration, logistics, execution, and follow-up.
• Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to align goals and maximize local impact, including customer engagement and referrals.
• Gather feedback and share results with local and national partners to improve programs and strengthen engagement.
• Adhere to budget, risk, and compliance requirements using approved tools and procedures.
• Champion culture and inclusion by modeling teamwork, supporting colleague development, and partnering with Business Resource Groups.
