Bristol Myers Squibb is building an internal, Databricks-native data and AI organization for Commercial, Medical, and Market Access. The Head of Commercialization Data & AI Delivery will lead this transformation, owning a major platform migration and building the internal capability with strong governance and standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or technology delivery
• 10+ years in a people leadership role
• Experience migrating data platforms to modern cloud systems
• Experience with external SI or managed services in transition to internal delivery

Responsibilities

• Set operating model and standards for data & AI delivery
• Lead the transformation toward stronger internal delivery
• Manage major external delivery partnerships during scope evolution
• Build and hire senior technical leadership for Platform Engineering and AI/ML & Analytics
• Lead a cross-border engineering organization (US + India)
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Platforms on governance and architecture
• Oversee migration milestones and vendor knowledge transfer
• Engage with executive stakeholders across business functions
• Establish code review, testing, and data product delivery standards
