They will evolve the current external delivery model into a stronger internal capability. They will build stakeholder relationships and organizational credibility. Over time, this leads to expanded leadership of the Commercialization Data & AI function.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or technology delivery, including at least 10+ years in a people leadership capacity managing engineering or technical organizations of significant size

  • Working knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar) strong enough to evaluate technical hires and hold teams to a standard
  • Experience building and leading distributed engineering teams, including offshore delivery centers
  • Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, life sciences, financial services, or healthcare) preferred
  • A track record of building structure, standards, and discipline in ambiguous environments
