Job summary

Eleven Recruiting represents a leading financial services client seeking a Commercial/SBA Mortgage Servicing, Vice President in Tustin, CA. This executive leads daily mortgage servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient portfolio management.

The role requires 5–7+ years in mortgage servicing, a bachelor’s or equivalent, and proven leadership across teams, with strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

5–7 years in financial services, preferably mortgage servicing or lending operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing a servicing team.
Strong knowledge of loan servicing operations and banking regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily mortgage servicing operations including payment processing and reconciliations.
Coach and develop the servicing staff; set performance goals.
Ensure loans are boarded accurately and timely.
Oversee post-closing activities and regulatory reporting.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.
