• Excellent financial analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial lending opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Deepen member relationships and cross-sell deposit products and other services.
• Ensure credit quality through monitoring and regular meetings with members.
• Oversee loan processing from structuring to closing in collaboration with Credit team.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and LMCU policies.
