Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
15+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience in chemical distribution or related B2B setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve revenue, volume and chemical margin objectives.
Lead, coach and develop the sales organization with clear expectations for profitable growth, customer retention, new business development and execution.
Build a disciplined business development process focused on new customers, products, markets and applications, while expanding business with existing accounts.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and regularly review significant opportunities, bids and commercial initiatives.
Promote a companywide approach to customers and markets and maintain appropriate involvement with strategic customers and major opportunities.
