Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a VP, Senior Business Data Analyst - Cloud Data Migration to lead the end-to-end migration of the D&A data ecosystem to the cloud. You will design data models, align stakeholders, and translate complex insights into a practical migration roadmap while protecting end-user experience.

You will drive analytics, metrics, and automated dashboards, lead an agile team, and partner with cloud migration leaders to ensure executable plans. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years analytics experience in data/CDO or related fields
• 7+ years in data/analytics and 3+ years project management
• 5+ years using SQL for data mining
• 5+ years advanced spreadsheet and presentation tools
• Ability to convey complex data concepts clearly
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projects
• Strong PM skills and ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders' inputs
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Evolve the enterprise data usage model to capture end-to-end user patterns and data lineage
• Own the cloud data migration roadmap and drive alignment with leaders, partners, and vendors
• Provide analysis to optimize migration execution and identify sensitive data controls
• Define success metrics and deliver automated reporting/dashboards
• Lead an agile team and manage backlog, sprints, and commitments
• Establish continuous improvement backlog and prioritize enhancements
• Promote best practices for data usage, lineage, and optimization
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned
