Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead clinical strategy across its agencies. This executive role shapes treatment models, outcomes, and standards, guiding teams toward trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

You will mentor clinical leaders, oversee risk and compliance, and partner with operations to align growth with quality. Travel up to 50 percent is expected; a licensed clinical professional with a strong leadership track is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical field and active licensure.
• State-specific independent licensure required (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the clinical vision and strategic priorities across Nexus agencies.
• Leads clinical practice, treatment effectiveness, service quality, and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to align strategies with mission and long-term sustainability.
• Leads organization-wide clinical initiatives to strengthen outcomes and service delivery.
• Establishes organizational standards for clinical practice, protocols, and supervision.
• Represents Nexus as a clinical leader with external partners and regulatory bodies.
