Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead clinical strategy across its agencies. This executive role drives trauma-informed care, aligns clinical programs with organizational goals, and ensures high-quality outcomes through standardization and evidence-based practices.

The VP will guide clinical leadership, oversee quality improvement, and collaborate with the Executive Team to advance service delivery while addressing workforce development and regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related clinical field required.
• State-specific, independent clinical licensure required (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory and management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple programs, agencies, service lines, or regions within behavioral health, human services, health care, or child welfare settings.
• Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Nexus Home Office driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the organization's clinical vision, treatment philosophy, and strategic priorities across Nexus agencies.
• Provides leadership regarding clinical practice, treatment effectiveness, service quality, and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to ensure organizational strategies support mission and sustainability.
• Leads organization-wide clinical initiatives designed to strengthen outcomes, improve effectiveness, and enhance service delivery.
• Establishes organizational standards for clinical practice, treatment protocols, service delivery, documentation, and supervision.
• Represents Nexus as a clinical leader with external partners, professional organizations, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
