Job summary
Matter Health seeks a dynamic, hands-on Senior Vice President, Clinical Quality & Population Health to build and scale enterprise quality programs. You will own Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and risk adjustment, while leading operational and credentialing functions in a fast-growing healthcare company.
The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to work across executives, payers, and providers to drive measurable quality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in clinical quality, population health, or related leadership.
- Experience leading Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and CAHPS initiatives.
- Proven ability to build scalable clinical programs in growth organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise clinical quality strategy and performance improvement.
- Oversee Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and related quality measures.
- Build and scale value-based care programs across markets.
- Drive credentialing, risk adjustment, and regulatory readiness.
- Partner with executives to align clinical quality with operations and strategy.
- Develop dashboards, governance, and accountability for quality outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.
