Meet Life Sciences Ltd. seeks a Senior Medical Director to provide clinical and medical leadership for autoimmune and rheumatologic therapies. You will shape development strategy, lead study execution, and oversee patient safety and data interpretation.

The role requires a hands-on physician with industry development experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to advance programs with investigators and external experts.

Formación

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Fellowship training in rheumatology required; board certification or eligibility preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development experience.
• Experience designing, conducting, and medically monitoring interventional clinical trials.
• Clinical expertise in rheumatologic indications (SLE, RA, scleroderma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of trial methodology, safety assessment, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute clinical development plans for autoimmune/rheumatologic therapies.
• Serve as medical lead for one or more studies from protocol to data analysis and reporting.
• Lead medical monitoring including safety, labs, efficacy, and protocol deviations.
• Act as primary physician contact for investigators and study teams.
• Collaborate with Drug Safety to evaluate adverse events and risk mitigation.
• Author/review protocols, ICFs, clinical study reports, and regulatory sections.
