Job summary

You will oversee vendor management, site operations, and study documentation while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with investigators and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical operations in cell therapy, oncology, or complex biologics.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall study or program deliverables through lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across phases of clinical studies from planning to closeout.
• Maintain study timelines and communicate issues impacting budgets/timelines.
• Oversee CROs, vendors and external partners for quality and compliance.
• Mentor and guide Associate Directors, Clinical Trial Managers, and staff.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~20%.
