Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated strategies that align operations with financial goals.
• Lead initiatives to scale clinical services and improve patient access.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effectiveness of clinical workflows.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and monitor provider productivity.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and lead Lean Six Sigma projects.
