Aptive is seeking a Vice President to own and grow the Clinical Informatics portfolio supporting the Veterans Health Administration. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will lead strategy, revenue growth, and delivery excellence across VHA health IT and data modernization initiatives.

This build-and-scale role requires deep federal health IT experience, strong relationships with VHA decision makers, P&L accountability, and a track record of winning large federal awards.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in federal health IT or health transformation, with substantial time serving VHA.
• P&L ownership of a portfolio exceeding $100M, with teams of 100+ staff.
• Existing relationships with VHA decision makers.
• Proven capture/pursuit leadership on federal health awards exceeding $50M.
• Deep familiarity with VHA operations, health IT environments, and acquisition vehicles.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Mansioni

• Own P&L performance for the Clinical Informatics portfolio, including revenue growth, margin, and backlog targets.
• Serve as Aptive’s senior executive relationship for VHA leadership and key offices.
• Lead capture and business development for recompetes and new pursuits, including pricing and go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure delivery excellence by setting quality standards and managing program risk.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a senior bench of program directors and capture leaders.
• Build teaming relationships with primes, subcontractors, and technology partners to expand Aptive’s position.
• Represent Aptive externally through thought leadership and industry events.
