Job summary

Enterprise Engineering Inc. (EEI) seeks an experienced Vice President of Client Success to lead ongoing client success and production support for financial institutions using the Ninth Wave Platform.

You will partner with Sales to manage service communications, lead QBRs, and drive timely resolution of production issues. You will supervise the Client Success and Production Support teams, ensuring clear ownership, escalation paths, and measurable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading client-facing teams in enterprise software or fintech.
• Experience running production support operations, incident response, and client communications in live environments.
• Experience with financial institutions and stakeholder management.
• Strong investigative skills to analyze logs, API activity, and data to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities
