Experian Software Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Vice President of Platform Engineering to lead Identity, Access & SSO, Portal & Design System, Observability, Metrics & Monitoring, and Billing & Metering. Reporting to the CTO, this role oversees a 100+ person global team and drives shared platform capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity and access management, or technology product management.
• Proven track record building and scaling cloud platforms and shared technology capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and secure stakeholder commitment.
• Experience leading large, global technology organizations.
• Deep understanding of identity, access, observability, and platform technologies.
• Experience operating in regulated industries with governance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy for Identity, Access & SSO, Portal & Design System, Observability, Metrics & Monitoring, and Billing & Metering, scaling platform adoption globally through cloud migration and standardization.
• Lead enterprise platform modernization initiatives, evolving legacy environments into secure, scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Establish platform engineering standards, design system and portal strategy, and developer-facing tooling to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Build and evolve observability and billing infrastructure that other teams instrument against.
• Partner with executives to align platform investments with growth priorities.
