Qualifications

• Experienced, trusted adviser to clients with understanding of brand research and its broader ecosystem.
• Ability to lead large, complex accounts and retain profitable book of business.
• Strong client management, storytelling and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Profitably deliver Brand Performance work with revenue around 5–7M.
• Lead new business opportunities to grow the book of business.
• Ensure collaboration across solutions and strategic clients.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead mid-size to large accounts and oversee projects for largest clients.
• Coach teams and contribute to expertise and client management.
• Drive client satisfaction and value delivery across programs.
• Consult on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables).
• Escalate and resolve issues for designated accounts.
