Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Alternative Asset Management team in New York seeks a Vice President to serve as the main point of contact for institutional clients and to help develop an enhanced client servicing model.

You will lead investment support analysts, produce portfolio reporting, and collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for institutional clients and advisors.
• Develop and own a holistic client servicing model including reporting.
• Lead the investment support analysts and manage priorities.
• Produce and review regular client portfolio reporting and commentary.
• Prepare for portfolio reviews with clients and create materials.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance data enrichment and automation.
• Work with product, legal, compliance, operations, and finance to improve client service.
• Contribute to marketing materials and thought leadership for external audiences.
