The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) seeks a Vice President to lead the Church Relations team, shaping field and home-office staff, developing relationships with church employers to promote benefits and interpretation. As a member of the Church Engagement team, you will drive engagement with prospects and customers to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, motivate, and develop staff.
• Deep understanding of pastoral vocation and congregational life; PC(USA) ordination.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and tactical leadership to the Church Relations team; structures and directs field and home office staff.
• Guides development, nurturing, and expansion of relationships between the Board of Pensions and church employers for benefits promotion and interpretation.
• Leads budgeting, strategic planning, and accountability across the team; reports to senior management and the Board.
