Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Columbia, SC seeks a strategic Senior Vice President of Development and Church Relations to lead fundraising, church engagement, and foundation performance. The role reports to the CEO and shapes philanthropic priorities across the PCSC Foundation and six Life Plan communities statewide.

With oversight of PCSC Foundation, you will drive major gifts, capital campaigns, and donor relations across six Life Plan communities statewide.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of fundraising experience, with seven years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated experience with faith-based organizations preferred.
• Professional fundraising certification (e.g., CFRE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of PCSC’s fundraising strategy and church relations initiatives.
• Oversee the PCSC Foundation’s strategic development, alignment, and performance.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for fundraising and church relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to advance philanthropic priorities and organizational growth.
