Job summary

City Vision University seeks a Vice President of Partner Care to lead nonprofit partnerships, fundraising, and business development while working remotely across the United States.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partner Care and the President, this role can be full- or part-time (min 10 hours/week). It emphasizes alliance-building with rescue missions and Christian ministries and driving referrals to CVU.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Gospel Rescue Mission or Citygate Member organization.
• Experience with Gospel Rescue Missions is required.
• Strong leadership in nonprofit executive leadership, development/fundraising, business development, or sales.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Very strong CRM and office software skills (CRM, Google Docs/Sheets, MS Word/Excel).
• Comfortable with persistent cold outreach and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with rescue missions and Christian ministries to set up meetings.
• Build and deepen partnerships to grow student referrals to City Vision University.
• Develop creative solutions with academic leadership to meet partner needs.
• Attend conferences and events to set up meetings and follow ups.
• Attend regular staff and annual in-person gatherings; lead chapel and prayer on Zoom.
