Stanford Health Care seeks a visionary leader for the Vice-President/Chief Nursing Officer of Emergency Services. You will direct the 24-hour ED operations, including adult and pediatric care, a walk-in clinic, and related services, ensuring exceptional patient experience and staff safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or other similar fields required.
• Ten years of broad, extensive leadership experience in administrative/managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the 24-hour operation of Emergency Services.
• Lead a high-performing team and align nursing/clinical care with hospital goals.
• Drive patient flow improvements and collaborate with IT and clinical partners.
• Develop and implement programs ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Oversee budgeting, policy development, and resource optimization across EDs and related services.
