Job summary

FOX is seeking a VP, Channel & Platform Partner Operations to lead the end-to-end partner operations for FOX One, coordinating across Growth, Marketing, Content & Merchandising, Analytics, and FOX Corp Distribution. This senior role drives partner agreements, onboarding, and ongoing health across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive VP-level experience leading partner operations, distribution, or channel management in a DTC/streaming business.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end platform partnerships and drive operational excellence.
• Experience setting operating models and engagement rules across a matrixed org.
• Fluency in streaming operations: launches, offers, entitlements across CTV, mobile and web.
• Executive presence to represent FOX One to senior partner counterparts and FOX leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationship and operating model across channel partners (Amazon Prime Video Channels, Roku Premium Subscriptions, YouTube Primetime Channels, etc.).
• Set and synthesize cross-team priorities to present one coordinated FOX One voice to partners.
• Own partner health, scorecards, cadence, and reviews; drive cross-functional response when issues arise.
• Coordinate delivery by turning partner agreements into shipped outcomes across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Content & Merchandising.
• Launch new partners with onboarding and go-live readiness; scale the operating model for new partnerships.
• Resolve cross-lane conflicts, balance ownership and sequencing, and escalate to senior leadership when needed.
• Build and lead the Channel & Platform Partner Operations team and scale the function.
