10+ years leading partner growth or monetization in streaming or DTC.
Proven ability to drive subscriber acquisition and long-term value.
Experience evaluating partner performance and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Channel & Platform Partner Performance: Own the commercial performance and growth strategy for partnerships; set subscriber, paid conversion, and LTV targets.
Channel & Platform Partner Growth Strategy: Identify growth areas within partnerships and turn goals into initiatives.
Offer Strategy & Alignment: Ensure offers align with FOX One objectives, CAC goals, and monetization strategy.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Define partner-related feature requirements with Marketing and Operations.
Executive Communication: Develop presentations and business cases for senior leadership and partners.
