Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) or equivalent.
• 12+ years of biotech/pharma development across functions.
• 5+ years leading global cross-functional program teams.
• Direct neurology development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own asset strategy, development plan from IND-enabling to proof of concept and beyond.
• Lead cross-functional program team; manage timeline, budget, risk with governance.
• Represent the asset to authorities, investigators and partners; align BlueRock and Bayer.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and long-range planning.
