BrainChild Bio is seeking a Director, Program Lead to oversee cross-functional program development for an early-phase pre-clinical program, guiding IND-enabling activities through to the clinic and beyond.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams in cell therapy, excellent communication to scientific staff, leadership, and the Board, and governance to define the best path forward for the program and patient therapies.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in biotech/cell therapy.
• 3+ years in cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience in a leadership role on cell therapy development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated aptitude and experience in influencing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional program development team for a pre-clinical program through IND-enabling activities and into the clinic as an early-phase asset.
• Lead development of program strategy and goals, in alignment with BrainChild Bio goals, and collaborate with cross-functional areas to enable execution of program deliverables.
• Ensure continued progress by proactively managing risks or misalignments, and escalate issues to executive leadership when needed.
• Manage program budget in coordination with Finance to ensure alignment with forecast.
• Collaborate with project management to develop and execute communication plans to deliver program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage experience to encourage collaboration and drive BrainChild Bio's therapies to patients in need.
