HURC Healthcare Solutions seeks a strategic Vice President of Clinical Documentation Integrity to lead CDI strategy for inpatient and outpatient settings within complex health systems and academic networks. The role fuses clinical expertise with executive presence and revenue-cycle leadership to drive growth, quality, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' CDI experience and leadership of CDI programs at large health systems (academic medical centers).
• Active RN or MD/DO licensure required.
• One recognized CDI/coding certification (CCDS, CDIP, CCS) required; others viewed favorably.
• Demonstrated command of CDI methodology across documentation-to-reimbursement continuum.

Responsabilités

• Design, standardize, and evolve inpatient/outpatient CDI program models, including workflows and staffing.
• Establish outpatient CDI capabilities for risk-adjusted and value-based settings.
• Engage C-suite and physician leaders to secure sponsorship and alignment.
• Own KPI framework and drive performance improvement across CDI settings.
