Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, management, or related field.
- MBA/CPA/CIA/CFE/CGMA or similar certifications preferred for advanced leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and governance of Casino Finance across Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock properties.
- Establish KPIs, financial trends, and internal controls; ensure regulatory compliance and enterprise standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team including directors and product managers.
- Collaborate with IT, FinTech vendors, and property operations to optimize systems and automation.
- Support enterprise growth initiatives, acquisitions, and multi-property operations.
