Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Carrier Strategies to develop and execute plans to deepen carrier partnerships and drive organic growth. The role focuses on executive relationship building, market analysis, and strategic alignment across HUB’s carrier network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
10+ years in insurance (P&C) in a senior role.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; travels up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive-level carrier partnerships.
Analyze market risk appetite and inform placement decisions.
Align carrier capabilities with HUB practices and CMOs.
Negotiate and optimize carrier compensation agreements.
Forecast revenue and monitor budget variance.
Collaborate with CMOs and commercial leaders to execute placement strategies.
Monitor carrier performance and resolve issues.
Present updates to executive leadership.
Surface regional revenue opportunities from book mix.
