Job summary

Triumph is seeking a VP, Carrier Engagement & Adoption to lead growth across LoadPay carrier products. You will shape strategy, drive activation and retention, and partner across Product, Marketing, Sales and Analytics to monetize engagement.

The role emphasizes behavioral design, data-driven decision making, and a product-led growth mindset to convert engagement into measurable revenue, while ensuring a seamless carrier journey from onboarding to advocacy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in growth, product engagement, digital adoption, customer success, or related areas.
• Proven track record increasing adoption, retention, and monetization in digital products or B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating insights into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own growth funnel performance from acquisition through onboarding, activation, retention and expansion.
• Drive onboarding conversion and reduce time-to-value for carriers using Triumph products.
• Improve feature discovery and adoption across LoadPay and related carrier-facing products.
• Create habit-forming experiences that boost recurring usage and stickiness.
• Run experimentation programs: A/B testing, cohort analysis, journey optimization and rapid learning.
• Coordinate communications and lifecycle marketing across onboarding, adoption, retention, reactivation, cross-sell and referrals.
• Develop monetization strategies to increase revenue per active carrier while expanding wallet share.
• Build feedback loops with carriers and report engagement performance to leadership.
• Measure engagement and monetization impact across product penetration and value delivery.
