Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of securitization experience in consumer lending or investment banking
• Experience coordinating with rating agencies and securitization practices is a plus
• Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities with external partners

Aufgaben

• Own the execution of securitization transactions, funding facility closings and asset financings
• Act as lead liaison with bankers, attorneys, rating agencies and deal parties to structure and negotiate transactions
• Develop and present collateral, funding and cash-flow analyses to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead reporting through monthly/periodic reviews and ensure data is actionable
• Host funding review meetings and drive accountability among business partners
• Create external presentations for bankers, investors and rating agencies and internal briefings for management
