Farm Credit Bank of Texas seeks an accomplished treasury executive to direct funding, liquidity, and capital management. You will oversee ALM, interest rate risk, and derivatives while reporting to executives and the Board.

The role drives forecasting, planning, and balance sheet modeling to support strategic objectives. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in treasury, 10+ years in senior leadership, and strong familiarity with capital management and market instruments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of direct experience in treasury management.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing teams or enterprise initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of interest rate risk management and accounting principles.
• Experience with money market and capital market instruments, including derivatives.
• Experience presenting treasury and balance sheet risk reporting to executives or boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute funding, liquidity, investment, and capital strategies.
• Oversee asset-liability management and interest rate risk exposure within board limits.
• Lead capital planning, forecasting, and balance sheet modeling.
• Manage funds transfer pricing framework and analytics.
• Lead ALCO reporting and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure treasury activities comply with laws, regs, and policies.
• Develop treasury leaders and succession planning.
