Pivot Energy is seeking a Vice President of Capital Markets in Baltimore, MD to lead capital formation, origination, and execution of financings including tax equity and debt facilities. Travel will be required to build relationships with banks and investors, partnering with CFO and senior leaders to align enterprise strategy.

You will mentor the Capital Markets team, refine workflows, and drive scalable processes for efficient capital access and liquidity planning.

Formación

• 8+ years in project finance, capital markets or related leadership roles.
• Experience structuring and leading complex financings at scale (tax equity, debt).
• Strong executive leadership and communication skills.
