Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking a senior executive to lead the Helios campus construction program in Texas. You will direct a team of senior construction managers, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality across every phase from preconstruction to turnover.

You will manage complex logistics, coordinate with EHS and contractors, and drive lean initiatives while maintaining executive-level accountability for milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, mission-critical campus infrastructure.
• Proven ability to run multi-phase programs with safety and schedule discipline.
• Strong leadership of senior construction managers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site campus construction team across active and future phases.
• Own campus-level delivery with cross-phase resource, laydown, and sequencing oversight.
• Manage the master schedule, identify critical-path threats, and direct recovery plans.
• Drive safety culture with EHS partners to sustain a zero-incident environment.
• Oversee general contractors and trade partners to meet milestones, quality, and cost goals.
• Control cost and change through pay apps, change orders, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate OFCI integration to ensure delivery of equipment on schedule.
• Lead commissioning and turnover with operations for smooth handover.
• Ensure quality by enforcing QA/QC standards and resolving issues.
• Advance lean, modularization, and prefabrication to improve repeatability.
• Manage regulatory and community relationships to ensure compliance.
