This well-funded startup company is building industry-defining AI hardware technology that will transform AI compute capabilities. As a technical leader, this position will report directly to the CEO and requires a forward-thinking business visionary with practical engineering expertise.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive strategic growth initiatives by collaborating with executives at tier-one hyperscaler customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster long-term partnerships, and expand existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and market share gains.
  2. Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their unique pain points and requirements, gathering valuable feedback to inform product development.
  3. Develop and maintain a strategic partnership program with key customers to ensure the company meets evolving needs and expectations.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define hardware requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment between product development and customer needs.
  5. Effectively communicate complex technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product development decisions and driving business outcomes.
  6. Conduct in-depth analysis of AI algorithm performance on the company's hardware, focusing on metrics such as latency, throughput, and power efficiency.

Qualifications

  1. A technical engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience in sales or business development, especially interacting with tier-one hyperscalers, is essential.
  3. A background in technical engineering (chip/systems design or architecture) is preferred but not required if extensive BD/Sales experience is present.

This position offers remote work for suitable candidates, with occasional travel to HQ.
