Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a closely related domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading discovery and requirements definition activities.
• Developing capability in data analytics and product measurement.
• Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira and Figma).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations for varied audiences.
• Experience delivering initiatives through the software development life cycle from concept to production.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong risk awareness and ability to manage delivery tradeoffs with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
