Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Director of Investment Oversight to lead the Investment Oversight Team, ensuring prudent management of assets across equities, fixed income, international, and alternatives, while maintaining liquidity for grantmaking.

You will mentor a 2-3 person team, develop relationships with internal partners and external advisers, and report to senior leadership on performance and governance in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Investments, Accounting, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience developing guidelines and monitoring multi-asset portfolios.
• Experience evaluating performance attribution of active managed portfolios.
• Understanding of public equities, fixed income, international and derivatives markets; awareness of alternatives.
• Experience creating investment reporting for senior leadership and boards.
• Experience leading a team of associates; mentoring and career development.
• Strong performance measurement, attribution, and evaluation knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project-management skills and end-to-end process thinking.
• Experience re-engineering processes and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and research for Board of Trustees and senior management.
