Job summary

Segal is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support a West Region book of business including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Portland. The CRM will manage client relationships, consult on engagements, and drive new business development from within Segal’s multiemployer practice.

The role requires deep experience in employee benefits consulting, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in employee benefits consulting and/or related professional services environments.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
• Strong business acumen and leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for assigned accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead and/or participate in consulting projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support new business development initiatives within the West Region.
• Mentor and develop staff, contributing to team intellectual and professional growth.
• Navigate client issues and articulate actionable solutions for clients.
