Job summary

Cosmopak USA LLC is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven packaging salesperson to win and grow new accounts in the beauty and personal-care space. You will own the full sales cycle from first meeting through pricing, award, and launch, supported by NY and Asia teams.

Based in the New York area, you will identify target accounts, build account strategies, develop trusted relationships with packaging and procurement decision-makers, and maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline while traveling as

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, ideally in beauty, personal care, or fragrance.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing them into significant revenue.
• Established relationships with brands and decision-makers in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new beauty and personal-care brand accounts while leveraging key relationships.
• Build and carry out account strategies that grow share of wallet after the first win.
• Develop trusted relationships with packaging, product development, and procurement decision-makers.
• Maintain and grow legacy Cosmopak accounts
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to award.
• Work with design, engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver on customer needs.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and report activity and results in the CRM.
• Represent Cosmopak at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites.
