Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Head of B2B Sales to build and lead a high-performance team across Commercial Real Estate research, data, and news products. You will drive strategy, recruit top Account Executives, and shape a scalable outbound program.

In this role you will execute multi-touch outbound cadences, raise activity standards, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates while providing real-time pipeline visibility and aligning with the GTM organization to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in subscription, SaaS, fintech, information services, or data/analytics.
• At least 3 years in sales management.
• Understands recurring-revenue economics and multi-year contracting.
• Experience in an outbound-led, high-velocity environment.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong coach and culture-builder.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
