Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ seeks a Senior AWS Cloud Engineering Lead - VP to architect and ship agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling and orchestration on AWS EKS, with enterprise governance and privacy controls from day one.

You will lead design and operations of secure, scalable cloud platforms, drive cost optimization, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven cloud capabilities while maintaining high availability and resilience.

Qualifications

Experience designing and managing secure, scalable AWS cloud infra across multi-account environments.
Strong knowledge of IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudFormation, EKS, Istio, OPA, and Kubernetes.
Experience leading cloud platform operations, monitoring, and security compliance.
Ability to drive cloud cost optimization and DevOps practices across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
