Job summary

Columbia Helicopters seeks a transformational Supply Chain & Program Management executive to lead end-to-end procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory control, and planning. You will drive a strategic transformation as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring material availability, improving MRO delivery, and maximizing aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading multi-functional Supply Chain organizations.
• 10+ years in aerospace, aviation, defense, MRO, or regulated industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Deep expertise in procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, and integrated planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability-based cultures.
• Strong executive leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation of procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, planning, and material readiness.
• Operate as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to ensure material availability and optimize aircraft readiness and delivery performance.
• Drive strategic supplier partnerships and ERP-enabled Supply Chain transformation within a complex aviation environment.
• Build high-performing teams and develop a disciplined, data-driven organization that enables program execution and sustainable growth.
